  • Where are you located?

    We are based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX!

  • What is your photography style?

    Our photography is best described as colorful, vibrant, and timeless! We try to capture the moment as realistically as we can. We always say that when you look back at your photos in 50 years, we only want you to laugh at the outfits and hairstyles, and not the "trendy" photo editing style that is long gone!

  • What is your videography style?

    Our videography is best described as cinematic, artistic, and story-driven. Your highlight video will move sequentially throughout the wedding day, starting with you getting ready and ending with your reception exit. It will be synced to high quality licensed music, and some packages include audio segments from your day as well. Our goal is that as you watch your video in the decades to come, you'll relive your wedding day as if you were experiencing it again!

  • How do I get my photos/video after the wedding?

    Within two weeks from your wedding day, you will get an email from us with a link to your password-protected folder on our SmugMug account. This is a website/app that we use to digitally store all the photos and videos for our clients. Here, you'll be able to download and share all your photo and video files to any device. Full quality, edited, no watermark, and yours to do with as you please.

  • Do you travel?

    Absolutely! We have captured weddings all over Texas and the United States, and would be happy to capture weddings worldwide. Additional travel fees may occur for weddings outside of Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.

  • How do you store and back up photos/videos?

    Rest assured - your memories are safe with us. We've never lost any couple's media, and we don't plan on it! We back up all media digitally and on physical hard drives. We know how important the work we capture is, and we do everything within our power to keep it safe!

  • How much is the deposit to reserve my date?

    We charge a 50% deposit to book your date, with the rest due two weeks before your wedding!

  • What's your refund policy?

    The 50% deposit you pay at the time of booking is nonrefundable. If the wedding is cancelled more than two weeks out, you will not be required to pay the last 50% payment. If the wedding date is changed after booking, we will do our best to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee our availability. Contact us for any further questions on this policy.

  • Are you insured?

    We are! Bow Tie Media is insured up to $1,000,000 in general liability and also hold Cyber and Error & Omission professional insurance.

  • Can we meet in person?

    We'd be delighted! Fill out the Check Our Availability form, and we can meet up for coffee (on us)! If that's not possible, we can schedule a phone call or video chat at your convenience.

  • Alright, I'm sold! What's next?

    Fill out the Check Our Availability form so we can get all your questions answered! They we'll send you our contract/questionnaire for you to fill out. Then finally, you can pay your deposit and get your date booked!

  • What's your craziest wedding story?
